Prices
Hardbound copies
of Songs of Faith are $14 each.
A plastic
comb-bound piano version is also available for $17. This format stays open very
well on a piano or organ.
Shipping
Books are usually
shipped via UPS or FedEx. For
shipping addresses south of Nashville,
TN, east of Montgomery, AL,
and/or north of Jacksonville,
FL, the shipping and handling
charge is $25 per standard box of 20. Smaller quantities can be shipped for $5
per box plus $1.00 per book in that box. There is an additional charge of $0.25
per book for shipping addresses outside the area defined above.
